Reporting

  • Receive an e-mail immediately after a donor / customer makes a contribution. All the information the donor / customer puts in about themselves is sent to your inbox.
  • Contributions / Payments are viewable on-line. Review reports from month-to-month, or over a span of several days. All information is stored securely for one year before being purged from our database.
  • Export payment information onto your computer for integration into your existing financial software. The downloaded file is in .CSV (comma separated value) format.
  • Access to detailed on-line reporting. Shows total amount donated / purchased (gross amount) and total amount after processing fees are deducted (net amount). This greatly simplifies the record keeping process and ensures accurate account balancing.

Virtual Terminal – Manual Based Processing

  • In addition to on-line payment processing, you also have access to the Virtual Terminal. This service comes with the Processing Program at no additional charge. The virtual terminal allows you to manually process credit cards and checks from any computer connected to the Internet, no software to install. This is great for processing donations / payments you receive in the mail and over the phone, even at events if you have Internet access.

Recurring Payments Manager (RPM)

  • Easily and effortlessly collect donations / payments from your loyal givers / customers weekly or monthly! The RPM lets you charge your donor's / subscriber's credit card or checking account (via electronic check or Automated Clearing House), billing them automatically.

Security

  • All transactions are secured using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology
  • Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Security Code are used to virtually eliminate the chances of credit card fraud
  • Check transactions are verified by our national database of over 100 million check writers
  • The processor is periodically audited by VISA for compliance. The program is called CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program). It's a requirement from Visa to ensure cardholder information that is stored cannot be accessed.

Pricing

  • $99.00 Set-Up Fee
  • 2.26% for non-profit, 2.69% for for-proft; plus $0.30 cents per credit card processed for Visa/MasterCard (Amex and Discover charge their own rates which are usually around 2.50% to 3.50%)
  • Flat $0.30 cents per check processed (no percentage)
  • $19.95/month (when actively processing - no charge if no transactions are processed.)
  • $20/month minimum activity fee (minimum amount charged for transaction fees in any given month. If you fees are >= $20 not additional charges apply)
  • No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees
